How it works

More companies. A stronger negotiating position.

Countries and regions already compete for entrepreneurs, capital and jobs. Bolagsflytten brings Swedish companies together into a group with real negotiating power, and secures terms no one could get alone.

01The process

Five steps from concern to alternatives

You spend two minutes. We do the rest, and you commit to nothing until you have seen concrete terms.

  1. 01 / 05

    You · 2 minutes

    Register interest

Email and five numbers: revenue, profit, employees, dividends and wealth. Free and without obligation.

  2. 02 / 05

    Bolagsflytten

    We total up the group

Registrations are combined into anonymous totals: capital, revenue and jobs. No names.

  3. 03 / 05

    Bolagsflytten

    We negotiate

With the group's volume as our mandate, we open talks with countries and regions that want to attract Swedish enterprise: on tax, establishment, residence permits and infrastructure.

  4. 04 / 05

    You

    You get the alternatives

Negotiated terms are presented side by side, with pros and cons. Concrete and comparable.

  5. 05 / 05

    You

    You decide

Stay, prepare or move: the decision is entirely yours. Only when you choose to go further do we take the next step together.

02Negotiating power

Why countries listen to a group.

A country that attracts a group of Swedish companies gains more than tax revenue. That is why terms can be negotiated.

03The market

The competition for capital is already on

Several countries already have special rules to attract entrepreneurs and wealthy newcomers. These are examples, not recommendations.

04Clear boundaries

What we do, and never do

What we do

  • Monitor tax policy and summarise the risks, with sources
  • Total up the group's combined volume, anonymously
  • Negotiate with countries and regions that want to attract Swedish companies
  • Present comparable, negotiated alternatives to you
  • Work lawfully and openly, within Swedish and EU law

What we never do

  • Sell, share or hand over your data
  • Give individual tax or legal advice
  • Take part in tax crime, hidden arrangements or letterbox companies
  • Urge anyone to leave Sweden
  • Charge you for registering interest

05Questions and answers

What you may be wondering

Is this legal?

Yes. Moving a company, operations or residence within the EU and to other countries is legal. Since 2023, a Swedish limited company can even move to another EU country through a cross-border conversion and keep its legal identity. A move does have tax consequences in Sweden: assets that leave Swedish taxation are treated as sold at market value, and the ten-year rule means gains on Swedish shares can be taxed here for ten years after a person moves. That is why this is about alternatives with real substance, and why every decision should be preceded by individual advice.

Does it cost anything?

No. Registering interest and receiving briefings and negotiated alternatives is free and without obligation.

Do I have to move if I register?

No. Registering keeps the door open; it is not a commitment. The more who register, the stronger the negotiating position for everyone, including those who never move.

Who gets to see my data?

No one outside Bolagsflytten. Counterparts in negotiations only see anonymous totals for the whole group, never names, email addresses or individual companies' figures. Our technical providers for hosting and email process the data on our behalf only. Only if you choose to pursue an alternative, and explicitly agree to it, is anything about you shared. And then only what you decide.

Which countries are you negotiating with?

We start with the countries and regions that already actively compete for companies and capital, inside and outside the EU. Progress is reported to members, not publicly, since that would weaken the negotiating position.

How big does my company need to be?

There is no minimum. The strength lies in the combined volume, and startups and owner-managed companies are just as welcome as large groups. Companies with fewer than 50 employees employ more than a third of the business sector's workforce.

Why do you need my numbers?

So that we can present a realistic combined volume of capital, revenue and jobs when negotiating. Approximate figures are fine.

How do I leave?

Click the leave link in any of our emails, or write to kontakt@bolagsflytten.com, and we will permanently delete your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
